Rick Finsterbusch is a retired U.S. Army Major, serving in various positions, including infantry Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Public Affairs Officer, and Communications (NATO) in Kosovo. He has served throughout the world including Germany, Iraq, Kuwait, and in the US, stationed at Fort Moore and Fort Carson. Before joining JANZ Corporation, Richard was the pre-hospital Military sales market leader for Philips Healthcare, a global Fortune 100 corporation. Rick Finsterbusch was consistently a top performer at Philips, having received Pinnacle Club awards on numerous occasions. Richard graduated with honors from Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Brian Healey is a successful business leader with a forty-year record of building profitable subsidiaries and start-ups. Sold first start-up to Apollo Global Management and took two other companies public in the healthcare and environmental safety market. He provides business development and marketing expertise within the DoD, VA, and federal healthcare markets. Prior work experience with Philips Healthcare Government Division and Raytheon. Attended Whittemore School of Business, BS Degree University of New Hampshire.
John Endres founded The Janz Corporation in 1999. He provides valuable distribution experience to JANZ Corporation and has a reputation for managing and maintaining strong customer relationships. John revolutionized the EMS, industrial, and government defibrillator (AED) market by developing comprehensive web-based applications that allowed his customers to gather knowledge, compare products, and order supplies. With over 20 years of government buying experience, John Endres is well-versed in government procurement vehicles.
Brittany Maufort serves as President of The Janz Corporation, where she leads company strategy and operations across its government supply, pharmacy, and retail segments. Brittany has spent nearly two decades leading finance and operations, with responsibility extending across technology, facilities, and human resources. That breadth informs how she leads Janz, approaching the company as one connected operation rather than a set of departments. Brittany served ten years in the United States military, seven in the Army and three in the Air Force. Janz exists to support service members, veterans, and their families, and she considers it an honor to continue serving that same community from the other side, and to hold the company to the standard those customers deserve. Brittany holds a Master of Science in Accountancy and is based at the company's Columbus, Ohio headquarters.
Brian Finsterbusch earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University. He joined the Army in 2010, serving as a combat medic for six years. After his military service, he played a key role in training Special Forces using ultrasound and combat casualty simulation equipment. Before joining JANZ, Brian worked in the jewelry industry. Since 2015, he has been with JANZ, where he has significantly contributed to developing numerous contract opportunities and now manages the sales division.
