The Janz Corporation (Janz), established in 1999 is a medical products solution provider to the US Government. Customers include federal agencies, the US military, state governments and NATO alliance countries. Janz is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and certified through the VA Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE). From the battlefield to the bedside, Janz offers a wide variety of market-recognized medical equipment and supplies.
The owners of Janz have over 60 years of collective experience in selling and servicing medical equipment. We have the expertise to analyze your requirements and provide a solution, even in situations where those needs include sophisticated configurations or medical kits to meet unique demands. With our extensive background in equipment maintenance, repair diagnosis, we are also able to assess and recommend the appropriate AED management plan for your office building or military base.

Richard Finsterbusch is a retired Major (US ARMY), having served in various positions, including infantry Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Public Affairs Officer and Communications (NATO) in Kosovo. He has served throughout the world including Germany, Iraq, Kuwait, and in the US, stationed at Fort Benning and Fort Carson. Prior to joining The Janz Corporation, Richard was the pre-hospital military sales market leader for Philips Healthcare, a global Fortune 100 corporation.
Mr. Finsterbusch was consistently a top performer at Philips, having received Pinnacle Club awards on numerous occasions. Richard graduated with honors from Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
In addition to being a successful entrepreneur, Brian brings extensive experience in management, product development, and government marketing to The Janz Corporation.
Brian sold his first company, Fiberlock Technologies, Inc. to Apollo Global Management, LLC and has taken several medical and industrial safety companies public. Previous employment includes: Telemus Solutions, a Raytheon Company as a Director of Marketing and Philips Healthcare, as the Vice President of Business Development Government Solutions.
Mr. Healey received his BS degree from the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF STRATEGIC PROJECTS
John Endres founded The Janz Corporation in 1999. Mr. Endres provides valuable distribution experience to The Janz Corporation and has a reputation for managing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Mr. Endres revolutionized the EMS, industrial and government defibrillator (AED) market by developing comprehensive web-based applications that allowed his customers to gather knowledge, compare products and order supplies.
Mr. Endres is well-versed in government procurement vehicles and has over 20 years of government buying experience.
VICE PRESIDENT OF PROGRAM OPERATIONS
Tom Berry holds 32 years of experience working as a government contractor supporting NASA, NOAA, NSA, Air Force, ARL and other various DOD government agencies. He is an accomplished Program Manager/Contract Specialist with 17 years experience and has managed large-scale federal contracts.
Tom has a TS/SCI clearance and has received multiple professional awards from NASA. He is a University of Maryland University College graduate with a BS degree in Computer Information Systems Management. Tom is responsible for managing the Sales and Contracting Teams and is based in the Washington DC area.
DIRECTOR OF SALES
Mike has spent over 20 years supervising government sales, which includes Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security and many other Federal Agencies. He has extensive experience managing large government procurement contracts. These contracts include: FSS GSA/VA, DAPA, ECAT, US Army PEO STRI and agency BPAs. Mike has been involved with multiple startups in the healthcare and environmental safety space.
Mike earned his BA degree from the University of New Hampshire.
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING
Bradley is a seasoned Sales & Marketing professional with experience building frameworks for prospect engagement and developing vendor relationships from start-ups to large corporations, across government and commercial business. Bradley brings a wide range of marketing tools and analytic applications to understand the customer and the government market on a granular level.
Bradley graduated Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University and has completed professional development programs in Human Resource Management, Strategic Goal Setting, Fostering Initiative & Motivation and Optimizing Value-Based Marketing.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Greg joined Janz in 2018 bringing extensive leadership experience from the medical device & pharmaceutical industries and working with the federal government & Department of Veteran Affairs. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with an undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and holds a Master of Professional Accountancy.
Greg is responsible for managing the finance team based in the Columbus, OH area.
KATE ADDIS, DPT
DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION SERVICES
Kate Addis graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She went on to get her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Kate worked as Clinic Director and Lead Physical Therapist in Las Vegas, NV before moving to Austin, TX where she continued to practice Physical Therapy in a variety of settings.
Kate has extensive clinical experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, working in a variety of settings and with a diverse range of patient populations. Kate has treated patients across the continuum of care: rehabilitating injury, disease and dysfunction, promoting optimum movement and facilitating functional independence. It is Kate's passion to empower others to lead healthy enriched lives and positively impact communities through innovated care.
KHALID BARAZANJI, PhD
TECHNICAL MILITARY ADVISOR
Dr. Khalid Barazanji was formerly the Chief of the Enroute Care and Airworthiness Division at The United States Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory (USAARL), Fort Rucker, AL where he managed the Airworthiness Certification and Evaluation (ACE) Branch for over 16 years. Dr. Barazanji evolved the ACE Branch into a unique world-wide recognized, high quality program dedicated to T&E and certification of medical equipment for military use. Dr. Barazanji worked closely with the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Marine Corps on the airworthiness of over 50 medical devices and transport systems. He was responsible for initiating a new research program dedicated to military enroute care.
Dr. Barazanji is DoD Acquisition Level III certified through the Defense Acquisition University. He is the recipient of the NATO Scientific Achievement Award 2013, HFM-184 STO Task Group on "Safe Ride Standards for Patient Evacuation Using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)", May 2014. Recipient of the "Order of Aeromedical Merit", May 2007, The Society of United States Army Flight Surgeons. Currently He is the Founder and CEO of Zymica LLC and Co-Founder of ActiBioMotion LLC.
Deborah Gray is an experienced corporate attorney who has represented professional services, management consulting and technology companies for nearly 30 years. She was the first General Counsel of Sapient Corporation where she played an integral part in taking the company public and growing it from 100 employees to over 3,500 employees around the world when she left.
Ms. Gray began her legal career at WilmerHale in the Corporate Department where she attained Junior Partner status. Ms. Gray earned her JD from Boston College Law School and her BA from Colby College.
